Tina Dettman-Bielefeldt, CMD and CSM has been a real estate broker since 1995. She spent 17 years in shopping center management and marketing earning a national "Maxi" award for shopping center marketing. She was a featured author in several shopping center publications. She holds the Certified Marketing Director (CMD) and Certified Manager (CSM) designations through the International Council of Shopping Centers. After leaving the shopping center industry in 1995, Dettman-Bielefeldt worked at a Green Bay area commercial brokerage firm before founding DB Commercial Real Estate in 1999 with her partner, Steve Bielefeldt.
Steven Bielefeldt has been active in commercial real estate for more than 30 years. His grandfather, Oscar Bielefeldt, founded The White Store, a chain of department stores located in the Green Bay Market. Bielefeldt followed into his grandfather's and father's footsteps and spent 25 years in the family business working his way up to president of the company. After deciding to close the stores, he turned his part-time dalliance in commercial real estate into a full-time occupation.
